Terms and Conditions

‍1. Scope of Services
AG VISUALS agrees to provide photography, videography, drone, and media production services as outlined in the Client’s invoice or written communication.

2. Payment Terms
2.1 Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service fee is required to secure the scheduled service date. No work will begin until the deposit is received.
2.2 Final Balance
The remaining 50% is due immediately upon delivery of the final media.
2.3 Late Fees
If the remaining balance is not paid:
• After 5 days: a 10% late fee will be added• After 30 days: a 20% late fee will be added
2.4 Withholding of Deliverables
AG VISUALS reserves the right to withhold all previews, files, and final media until full payment is received.

‍3. Travel Fees
Travel fees apply to properties more than 35 miles from Sandy Springs, GA.
Rate: $1 per mile beyond the 35-mile radius.Example: If the location is 50 miles away, an additional $30 will be added.

‍4. Revisions
Each project includes one (1) round of revisions.Additional revisions will be billed at $50 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.

‍5. Reshoots
Client-requested reshoots that are not caused by an AG VISUALS error will be charged at half the price of a new booking, plus applicable travel fees.

‍6. Weather Policy
There is no rescheduling fee for weather-related delays.Weather-related rescheduling is permitted one time at no cost.

‍7. Property Access & Readiness Fees
If the property is not photo-ready or access is delayed:
• Waiting time will be billed at $35 per 15 minutes• If the property is not ready, AG VISUALS may: – Proceed “as is,” or– Reschedule with applicable fees depending on severity.

‍8. File Storage & Retrieval
AG VISUALS stores project files for 30 days after delivery.
• File retrieval within 30 days = no fee• After 30 days, AG VISUALS is not responsible for storing or retrieving any files• Files may be permanently deleted after 30 days.

‍9. Copyright & Licensing
All content remains the intellectual property of AG VISUALS.Client receives a non-exclusive license for real estate and marketing use.Resale or third-party licensing is prohibited without written consent.

‍10. Refunds
All sales are final. Once deliverables are sent, no refunds will be issued.

‍11. Liability Protection
AG VISUALS is not responsible for:
• Existing property defects
• Items that fall, break, or detach due to wear, age, or improper installation
• Any incidents occurring on-site
Drone flights are subject to FAA regulations and safety conditions. If a drone cannot be flown safely, AG VISUALS will not be held liable, and pricing will not change.

‍12. Shot List / Creative Direction
If the Client requires specific shots, lists, or requests, they must be provided before the session.Otherwise, AG VISUALS will operate using professional judgment and creative direction.

‍13. Deliverable Formats
Media will be delivered in standard professional formats (JPEG, MP4, etc.).Requests for alternative formats or special exports may incur an additional fee of $50 per hour.\

‍14. Portfolio Use & Removal Fee
AG VISUALS may use any created content for advertising, portfolio, and marketing purposes.
If the Client requests removal of media from the AG VISUALS portfolio after publication, a $150 removal fee will apply.

‍15. Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change at any time.Only written estimates already accepted by the Client are guaranteed.

‍16. No-Show & Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment• Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $25 fee• Deposits are non-refundable• Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and travel conditions.

‍17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including invoices and written communication, represents the entire understanding between AG VISUALS and the Client.
By booking with AG VISUALS, the Client agrees to all terms above.
